Through my experience in tech recruitment, I discovered my ultimate career in UX/UI Design. While recruiting Product Designers, I often found myself thinking, "Why am I not doing this?"
UX/UI Design allows me to merge several passions into one fulfilling career. My background in psychology equips me with a deep understanding of human behavior, which is crucial for creating intuitive designs. My skills in interviewing and analyzing, developed as a recruiter, enable me to understand user needs and craft effective solutions.
